Dubai – Mubasher: The net profits after tax of Air Arabia jumped to AED 1.23 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2025 from AED 1.15 billion in 9M-24, according to the financial results.

Revenues hit AED 5.49 billion as of 30 September 2025, an annual growth of 10% from AED 4.98 billion. The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) went up to AED 0.27 from AED 0.25.

Financials for Q3-25

In the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the DFM-listed group recorded year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits at AED 582.61 million, compared to AED 525.36 million in Q3-24.

The revenues climbed by 14% to AED 2.04 billion in Q3-25 from AED 1.78 billion a year earlier, while the basic and diluted EPS increased to AED 0.12 from AED 0.11.

Over 5.90 million passengers traveled across Air Arabia’s hubs during the quarter, marking a hike of 16%, highlighting the airline’s ability to sustain efficiency, growth, and value within its low-cost model.

Abdullah bin Mohammad Al Thani, Chairman of Air Arabia, said: “Air Arabia’s record third-quarter performance reflects the continued strength of our business model and the sustained demand for our value-driven product.”

He added: “The solid growth in profitability, revenue, and passenger numbers underscores our ability to deliver consistent results despite ongoing geopolitical and supply chain challenges impacting the aviation sector.”

During the six-month period that ended on 30 June 2025, Air Arabia posted 11% YoY higher net profits after tax at AED 655.01 million.
